Houston Center for Valued Living: Montrose Location

Experience counseling in Houston in a beautiful, contemorary, and professional space. 

We are located at 4203 Montrose Blvd, Suite 480.

Our office is conveniently located in Montrose near the University of St Thomas. Just a quick trip from Downtown Houston, Midtown, Rice University, Museum District, West University, Galleria, and the Heights.

Our building is at the corner of Montrose Blvd and Colquitt. Street parking is available or you may park in the garage across the street in any spots marked “visitor parking.”

Once you walk inside the building, access the elevators to the 4th floor. Exit the elevators and turn to the right. Our suite is the first hallway to the right.

Arrive Early. Take a Break. 

If you’re always in a rush, we get it. Use this time as you improve your mental health to slow down and take care of you.

Brew yourself a cup of coffee or tea. Grab some water from the refrigerator. Enjoy a mint or candy! Don’t forget to check out our Book of the Month located in our waiting area. Have a seat and your therapist will be out to greet you at your scheduled time.
