As a therapist, I believe in helping clients find and live their best life. Each person is on a journey and each journey is different. At times, our journey may be interrupted by distress and suffering. Distress and suffering can take many forms and can lead us to living a compromised journey. Utilizing evidence based therapeutic tools, it is my goal to help each client return to living their best life. As a seasoned treatment provider, I know that each person is impacted differently by distress, anxiety, depression, OCD, etc and that working together we can identify the treatment tools that will help you get back to your life.

Since beginning as a therapist, I have focused on combining warmth and acceptance with directness. I have extensive experience working with anxiety disorders, including: OCD, Tourettic OCD, panic attacks, specific phobias (medical, needle, bugs), social anxiety, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety disorder (excessive anxiety or worry), and depression.
